If the agreed-upon results are not achieved within 90 days from the official start date of the campaign, the client may be eligible to receive a refund of 70% of eligible service fees paid.

• The client must provide reasonable access and information required to perform the agreed services.

• Third-party expenses, advertising budgets, domain/hosting costs, software subscriptions, and other external costs are not refundable unless specifically agreed in writing.
• Refund requests must be submitted after the completion of the 90-day campaign period.

What Counts as a Result?

Digital marketing results can vary depending on the service, industry, competition, website condition, location, budget, and other factors.

Therefore, before starting a campaign, VexoTouch Web Solutions and the client will agree on the specific measurable goals or KPIs that will be used to evaluate the campaign. These may include, where applicable:

• Improved search visibility
• Organic traffic growth
• Keyword ranking improvements
• Qualified leads
• Website enquiries
• Local search visibility
• Other agreed digital marketing performance indicators

Important Conditions

This refund policy does not guarantee a specific Google ranking, number of leads, sales, revenue, or business profit.

The policy applies only when the agreed conditions and campaign requirements have been followed by both parties.

Results may also be affected by factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithm changes, market conditions, website changes, competition, client delays, inaccurate information, or changes to third-party platforms.

Refund Amount

If all eligibility requirements are satisfied, the eligible client will receive a refund of:

70% of eligible service fees paid for the applicable 90-day campaign period.

The remaining 30% covers work, resources, strategy, implementation, and services already provided during the campaign.
